|When it comes to scrubber dryer and sweeper maintenance SMS are specialists with industrial and commercial floor care cleaning machinery - large and small. |
Whether servicing a small pedestrian scrubber dryer such as a Nilfisk SC530B or making repairs to an SW4000 sweeper, SMS has the experience, training and the resources to give you peace of mind. Unlike much of our competition, SMS is also experienced in working on the larger, more industrial cleaning equipment which many other service companies are not including large ride on scrubber dryers such as the Nilfisk BR850S or SC6500, large ride on floor sweepers and combination sweeper scrubber dryers such as the Nilfisk SR1601, CS7000, Tennant T20 or Tennant 8300.
Two thirds of our business is based on service and repair, be that helping a customer when they are in trouble with an urgent turnaround of a badly needed machine or carrying out regular maintenance, contracted or otherwise, to help reduce down-time, increase productivity and ultimately, save the customer money! With such a large proportion of our business being service based, SMS customers have the peace of mind that we will not try to sell in a new machine if it is possible to cost-effectively repair an existing piece of equipment already used to do the job. Also, NONE of our Engineers are paid commision on parts fitted (unlike many main manufacturers); with SMS, you only pay for what you need.
All work carried out is inspected and electrically tested to IEE code of practice standards by fully trained technicians with many years' experience between them on a broad spectrum of makes and machinery.
